What is ITU member file ?
It's a basic file which ITU member must filled out to shouw some basic integrity information of members.It is composed by five parts: Attestation attestation information, certificate and honor, Aloha activity records, resources reference person and member evaluation.

What contents does" certificate and honors" show?
This part shows you your company and all kinds of certificate,diploma,honors etc. of your company' products which can show your company strength.

How to upload the certificate picture?
You can add 8 certificate pictures altogether.

The procedure is as follows:
Please copy one related certificate and insure the copy is clear(the colour copy the best);
Please mark your company ' "username","company full name","contact phone","link man" at the back of certificate copy;
Please send the copy to ALOHA EBN "certificate service group " (mail address attached behind),and ALOHA EBN of the worker scans to erupt for you the cloth arrives your "certificate and honors" column eyes.

Attention:Please at in advance the certificate of getting approval hereafter distributes, then consider its announce the related affair in purpose in column in " certificate and honors".
How to modify or replace certificate picture and introductions?
Any requirementd of modifing or changing certificate picture and introduction can be submit by helpline.Please note your ITU member username and password in submitting.
What is website activity record?
Website activity record explaines the register date,latest login time ,using service status etc. of this member and it's a window to konw member activity and stability.
What is resources reference person?
Resources reference person is all kinds of company,organization,association which have contacts with you in business activity. For example, some bank is your company' opening bank which can show your company's credit; Some company affliated to some business association/organization which can be a reference to show your company business status; Some company is your company' investor/supplier/agent etc..
How to add resources reference person?
Click the right corner of "My ITU Assistant ";
Click the left column of "My ITU member file " add resource reference person;
Fill in resource reference person amd submit.
How modify or delete resources reference person?
Click the right corner of "My ITU Assistant to enter my ITU assistant;
Click the left column of "My ITU member file " to view"Member Evaluation";
There are "delete this item","modify this item" under every resources reference person,please choose to realize.
What is member evaluation?
The two ITU member who has dealing or cooperation between both sides can evaluate the other side. We encourage member to evaluate each other to enrich their integrity records.

Please make sure the tureness and accuracy which you have made in "Member Evaluation" column. Once it posted, all the statements and evaluations can't be modified and deleted by you.
You must confirm that you and the member have ture dealing or cooperation and the statement and evaluation stand for your idea before state or evaluate.
You only can make one state or evaluate for each dealing or cooperation.
ALOHA EBN has the authority to delete any may be illegal statement or evaluation.
You should take all duties for all the statement and evaluation statement and agree to that ALOHA EBN not responsible for any statement or evaluations.
The post system in" member evaluation" etc. column comes from "China Trade Member" which has ture dealing relation.This evaluation maybe can't contain or reflect the whole dealing.If the information of "Member Evaluation" which not provided by ALOHA EBN and not been proved can't stand for the opinion of ALOHA EBN .
I want to evaluate other ITU member,how to realize?
Please go to await evaluating ITU member "Member Evaluation" page;
Click "Post my evaluation";
Write the evaluation truly and submit.
If I can delete the evaluation which others made to me?
Open and managerial evaluation system are basis of creating integrity records.For evaluation which already been given can't be deleted by being evaluater.

How to handle with the evaluation which is disadvantage to me?
If some evaluation is disadvantage to you and you regard it as not fair,you can click "Add My Answer" under the evaluation to conter or explain.Then when readers read this disadvantage evaluation also read your feedback,you'll have their own evaluation.
If I can delete the evaluation which I made to others?
Open and managerial evaluation system are basis of creating integrity records.Anyone made the evaluation must make sure its tureness, fairness and objectiveness,so once make a evaluation,it can't be deleted.If you have any new evaluation later,please add new evaluation.
