Sorry, ALOHA EBN only can accept one time for same information.


How does ITU member add related products pictures to posted selling leads? And how many pictures can be added?
You will read "please select product picture" in filling "releasing selling/buying business opportunies" form. Pull down menu and the menu list is the picture name you display in " product category". Please select one of them. Remember every piece of information only can add one picture Picture name displayed in "category". Every piece Supply information only can add one picture.


I'm a ITU member, why pull-down menu of "please select product picture" no options when posting selling leads?
This shows that your"Production catalog" also hasn't store product picture.You only can add product picture and select display status in "Product display", then appear related product name in menu. You can add and display picture by bellow ways:
Click "My Premium Service assistant" of right corner page
Open "My product display" page
Add Production catalog
Fill in Production catalog form,click "submit"
Notice submitting successfully and can optional display current submit

How to add product picture?
Click "My Premium Service assistant" of right corner page";
Click "My products show";
Click "Add product" fill product name,type,origin,product description etc. select the category of this product ;
Click "Upload product picture >> browse" button,select want to upload picture in pop-up menu box;
Click "submit and send" button .
Read to "Your product submit successfully, product name is ....product type is ...." page,product addition success.

Any requirements to upload picture?
Picture file standards is : less than 100K,JPG or GIF format ,picture content clear.piexs is at 200*200 the best and the display effect the best.

How many products pictures I can upload? and how many can be showed?
If you are Aloha famous service,you can upload 200 pcs.
If you are Premium Service,you can upload 200 pcs.

I have just add some products pictures ,if I can search them on the ALOHA EBN web immediately?
Product picture new added must be certificated by ALOHA EBN by editor,only if it pass certification can display on the web .Generally finished within a working day.

What the meaning of "Have been Showed"," Not showed","waiting to de showed "?
Displayed: means this picture has been linked to some product category of ALOHA EBN , can't be searched and enquired.
Not displayed: Means this picture hasn't linked to product category of ALOHA EBN , can't be searched and enquired either.
Under permission: means this picture is also await ALOHA EBN for certification, as soon as it pass it will transfer to "Displayed" status. If not pass the certification, ALOHA EBN will explain the reason by email.

What standards of ALOHA EBN accepting products pictures?
Any product picture belonged to bellow ALOHA EBN will not be released:
Product picture isn't GIF or JPG format;
Picture and it's produce name or description isn't appropriate;
Picture show factory building, producing equipment,leader,cup,certification of merit etc. non product content.
Pictures for testing;
Chacters using for product name or description are not simplified English.
Product description too simple and no essentially instruction. Such as:" Poor price but good quality, welcome to purchase", "Our factory specially produce this product" etc.

How to classify ALOHA EBN web's information?
Main category of Web's information can be divided into 27 sub-stations,totally over 1200 sub-category;

Click "Delete" button


How to modify or refresh a posted selling leads?
Please modify it as bellow steps:
Please click "My Premium Service assistant of homepage's right corner"
Click "to delete/modify product"
Click the "Import" or "resent" link of Supply information need to edited;
After have modified related content.click "releasing" button to submit (For resent,you can directly release).

I have just deleted/modifyed/refresh a selling leads which I posted previously,When do the results of deleted/modified function?
As our database updated once a day,the instructions of delete/modify/resend will be effect within one working day.

How to change products pictures?
Please click "My Premium Service assistant of homepage's right corner";
Click "My product display";
Click "modify/delete product"
Click this product picture's "Edit current product";
Click "update product picture >> browse" button,and select new picture in pop-up menu;
Click "submit and send" button.
